My workflow spans from concept development and 3D asset creation in Blender to real-time implementation, rendering, and gameplay integration in Unreal Engine. By combining artistic sensibility with technical execution, I focus on building visually expressive and technically sound game content from end to end.

Unreal Engine

I am an independent game developer who has been working with Unreal Engine since 2023, with two years of hands-on experience. I initially started game development as a personal project—a game created as a gift for a friend—and have continued developing independently since then. Beyond building an original indie game, I customized Unreal Engine’s source code to implement HTML export functionality and deployed the exported build on my own server. Separately, I developed original Unreal Engine plugins, packaging unique technical solutions into reusable tools and publishing them on the Fab Marketplace. I also created a standalone game demo to showcase these technologies in a practical, playable format.

Visual Studio

I work with HTML and C++, compiling and debugging projects in Visual Studio. Through continuous technical exploration, I successfully modified Unreal Engine 4.27–5.Max, which does not natively support HTML export, to enable HTML output functionality. The exported files can be deployed directly to a web server and run correctly after the engine configuration and shaders finish loading. I am actively optimizing loading times and resolving compilation and stability issues to improve performance and reliability.

I use Photoshop for texture painting, normal map creation, and material refinement. This includes repainting and adjusting texture maps to improve surface detail and visual consistency. I also use Photoshop for photo color grading and digital painting. Backed by over 8 years of drawing experience, I apply strong fundamentals in color, lighting, and composition across both technical and artistic workflows.

I use After Effects as my primary tool for camera-based parallax animation and motion design. I build 3D scenes using the Element plugin, and create stylized visual effects and artistic compositions with After Effects’ Particle systems. This workflow allows me to blend 2D and 3D elements, control camera movement, and rapidly prototype cinematic visuals and effects.

I have over 4 years of experience in video editing and photography, including commercial promotional shoots, street photography, fashion/model photography, and short film directing. I am capable of independently handling the entire production pipeline—from storyboarding and cinematography to editing, color grading, narrative development, and music selection—covering both pre-production and post-production.
